Food & Beverage Orders
Due to food safety regulations, all sales of prepared food, beverages, and perishable items are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food and beverage purchases unless:

The item received was significantly different from what was ordered.

The product was damaged or defective upon pickup.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Outdoor Gear, Apparel & Merchandise
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.
Knives & Cutting Tools
For safety reasons, knives and cutting tools may only be returned if:

Used knives or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
